Raleigh Movers Help Local TV Station to Provide ‘Coats For Kids’

This month, All My Sons Raleigh movers will carry on another 14-year-old charitable tradition. The reputable Raleigh moving company will team up with WRAL-TV and provide delivery service for their Coats for the Children Campaign. All My Sons’ Raleigh moving company will be picking up donated jackets and coats from multiple First Citizens Bank branches and will provide storage services until the coats and jackets are ready for distribution at the end of December.

“We are always more than happy to participate in efforts to help out the community,” said John Georgedakis, the Raleigh moving company president. “It is very heartwarming to know that we can provide warmth for children who would otherwise go without proper winter wear this year.” WRAL-TV will also air a special telethon on December 10thto raise money to purchase additional coats and winter garments for needy children. All My Sons Moving & Storage of Raleigh carried on its traditional Thanksgiving charity this week. On Monday over 100 turkeys were provided to less fortunate families and communities such as Interfaith Food Shelter and Helping Hands Mission. John Georgedakis, President of All My Sons of Raleigh, passionately explained that the annual turkey give-away is “…one of the most gratifying things we do all year.”

This is the 14th consecutive year that staff members of our family owned Raleigh moving company have given Thanksgiving turkeys to the needy.
